ARC can repair, replace, and/or upgrade your furnace. We can customize refractory packages to increase energy efficiency and quality production and extend the life of your furnace. And, thanks to our quick response, skilled labor force, and onsite supervision, we can do the job for a reasonable price.
If you need to retrofit your furnace, ARC can provide experienced field labor and supervise the job to make certain it’s done right.
We can—
- Upgrade, alter, and/or modernize your equipment.
- Furnish and apply energy-saving devices, including combustion systems, recouperators, bubblers, thermocouples, electric boosting or melting, insulation, and other refractory systems.
- Handle environmentally hazardous materials during both demolition and construction.
- Overcoat, remove and replace, patch, and shotcrete crowns, sidewalls, ports, endwalls, doghouses, burner blocks, regenerators, and just about any other area of an operating furnace.
